Friday February 17th - The Nomad Bookhouse - 229 S. Mechanic in Downtown Jackson. A special concert to benefit the Bread for Sharing project in Jackson's newest coffee house and book store. This is an excellent new venue that everyone should check out. A nice turn out of folks helped to raise $100.00 for The Council for the prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect.

My daughter Cecilia makes her television performance debut playing flute on "When The Morning Comes" at age 13 and sticks around for "You've Got A Friend" after chatting with Bart.

Sunday July 23 - Bucky Harris Park - Downtown Jackson - 2:00 p.m. "A Concert to Restock the Pantry" This will be a very special show to benefit a very deserving organization. The Society of St. Vincent DePaul is an organization of volunteers that helps those in need regardless of age, race or religion. We'll be collecting canned and boxed food, personal items and what ever monetary contributions people would like to make to St. Vincent's or any local charity you may wish to designate. All contributions will directly benefit people right here in Jackson. Bring the family, your friends, a blanket or folding chair and enjoy the show at this beautiful downtown venue. A big thank you to all of those that helped make my "Concert to Restock The Pantry" a success last month. All in all we were able to raise $661.00 and more than 18 bags of groceries and personal items. Thank you all for your generosity again. A big thank you also to my nephew Nick Berkemeier for arranging the "Berkemeier Brass" (Stevie, Julia, Nick and Gretchen Berkemeier) to provide the horns for "Ring of Fire" for the concert and to Cecilia and Veronica for playing along with Dad on "When The Morning Comes" and "The Seventh Son"

Wednesday August 30th - Cascades Falls - Jackson MI 7:30 p.m. "Rocky Mountain High - A Tribute To The Music Of John Denver" - A very special evening concert in front of the beautiful Cascade Falls. I'll be performing many of the most popular and some of my personal favorite songs of the man who first inspired me to pick up the guitar. I'll also be sharing stories behind the songs and memories of the life of one of America's finest Singer / Songwriters.
Monday September 4th - MDA Telethon at Bella Notte Ristorante - 137 W. Michigan Ave. Downtown Jackson 12:30 - 1:30 Another record breaking year for Jerry's Kids and a great time had by all at Bella Notte. The "Berkmeieier Brass" joins in on "Ring of Fire" with a total of 6 trumpets, Nick, Julia, Gretchen, Andrea and Stevie Berkemeier joined by Kevin La Rose before he and Nick head to School at Interlochen.
Friday September 8th - The Jackson Family Fall Festival - St. John's School - 5:00 - I am so pleased to be kicking off the entertainment again this year at what has quickly become Jackson's premier festival. A very large friendly crowd get the festival off to a quick start and gives me a chance to showcase my kids Cecilia and Veronica on a couple of songs and bring back Stevie, Julia, Andrea and Gretchen for "Ring of Fire" This festival has fast become one of the real highlights for Jackson a one of the very favorites on my schedule to appear at.
